They will increase their awareness in the context of acting on stage &#8211; in and through the theater. A strong focus will be put on group work and collectivity, as well as responsibility for the work process of each participant. Competition Between Partner schools, a jury composed by three members will decide the winner together with the vote of the audience that will assist the performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Virtual Component description:<\/strong> Streaming of the event will be broadcasted on the youtube channel of Accademia Nazionale d\u2019Arte Drammatica \u201cSilvio d\u2019Amico\u201d, and the schools will also make a preparation Meeting where they will present briefly their project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RULES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each drama school may propose <strong>one project<\/strong> only;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Groups are to present shows created and realized in a totally, <strong>independent, unsupervised <\/strong>manner by current students (actors and directors) of the school. Please note that this means that the projects presented may not be works developed in any way during classes or independent studies with the school\u2019s instructors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presence of every member of the group <\/strong>for the whole period is mandatory, as the Young Theatre festival aims to create an international campus where young artists share and compare their skills;<\/li>\n<li>Each group must not exceed <strong>5 participants<\/strong> in Spoleto; this includes director, actors, and any designers, artists, or crew \u2013 for example: 1 director, 2 actors, 1 musician, 1 lighting designer\/operator;<\/li>\n<li>The project must be realized according to the fixed and unchangeable <strong>lighting system<\/strong> and to the <strong>technical plan<\/strong> of the performance space (plans attached here);<\/li>\n<li>The performance must last no longer than <strong>30 minutes (<\/strong>if run time exceeds 35 minutes, the show will be excluded from competition for the prize);<\/li>\n<li>Load-in, rehearsal, strike<strong>: three hours<\/strong> for each group at \u201cTeatrino delle 6 \u201cLuca Ronconi\u201d\u201d on the day of the performance;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Synopses<\/strong> of the performance are to be detailed in the show description;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Each participant (including any teachers or technicians) must also attach a <strong>profile photo<\/strong>, jpeg format, max 300 kb;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Subtitles or captions<\/strong> in English (made with the program glypheo) are recommended and should be sent to the Accademia <strong>by June 7<\/strong> for necessary technical arrangements;<\/li>\n<li>after the performance each group will hold a short <strong>discussion<\/strong> of the show;<\/li>\n<li><strong>projects will be selected<\/strong> by a committee including representatives of the Accademia and the Festival di Spoleto by <strong>May 16<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>An online meeting<\/strong> will be held on the 12<sup>th<\/sup> of May to briefly present the project and answer any questions of the Institutions who wish to take part in the project. It will be the responsibility of the education secretary to provide the link to connect to the online meeting;<\/li>\n<li><strong>3 ects<\/strong> will be assigned to each student participating in the competition according to BIP Progamme rules;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMPETITION AND AWARDS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A jury consisting of the director of the Spoleto Festival or a delegate (one vote), a theater or theater education personality (one vote), and the audience (one vote) will award the winning group with a monetary prize.<\/p>\n<p><em>First prize:<strong>1.200 euro<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Second prize: <strong>500 euro<\/strong>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>(the prizes may be awarded ex aequo)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FINANCIAL CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Accademia Nazionale d\u2019Arte Drammatica \u201cSilvio d\u2019Amico\u201d will provide:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>accommodations for the performing groups, from June 25<sup>th<\/sup> (arrival) to June 30<sup>th<\/sup>(departure)<strong>\u00a0 &#8211; <u>DATES ARE SUBJECT TO SLIGHT MODIFICATION <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Up to 4 school will be asked to join the Blended Intensive Programme of Erasmus+ Project according to Erasmus Programme Regulation. If more will apply, the others\u2019 school accomodations will be paid with Accademia Nazionale d\u2019Arte Drammatica \u201cSilvio d\u2019Amico\u201d budget funds. (BIP Call is attached) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The participating institution will cover the expenses for: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>travel to and from Spoleto, local transport, meals, expenses for props and all that is not included in the technical plans of Teatrino della 6 \u201cLuca Ronconi\u201d (attached).<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Accademia will provide accommodation for 5 student representatives of the project.
